Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased plugin according to the license terms specified for each product. License terms vary per plugin and are specified on the product page.

2. Restrictions

You may not: (a) redistribute, sell, or share the plugin files with others; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the plugin source code; (c) share your license key or activation credentials; (d) use the plugin for any unlawful purpose.

3. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds are generally not available after a license key has been delivered. Please review all product information, documentation, and system requirements before purchasing. For exceptional cases, contact us.

4. Updates & Support

Your license includes updates and bug fixes as specified per product. Support is provided via email. Response times may vary based on the complexity of your inquiry.

5. Disclaimer

All plugins are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. YourLD and MAOSS shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of these plugins. Users are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their systems.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Data Collection

We collect the following information when you make a purchase: name, email address, billing address, country, and VAT number (if provided). This information is necessary to process your order, deliver your license, and comply with tax regulations.

Data Usage

Your data is used solely for: (a) processing your order and payment; (b) delivering your license key and download links; (c) providing customer support; (d) sending important product updates and security notices; (e) complying with legal and tax requirements.
